MWS Design has had the pleasure of working with the Nobmann Family, on their Petaluma residence, for over 15 years. The most recent project involved a complete remodel of the master bathroom, to include a large soaking tub, a separate shower and double vanity.
The custom vanity is finished in wenge veneer with white porcelain vessel-style sinks. The placement of the vanity in front of the windows required a creative solution for the mirrors. MWS Design suspended the circular mirrors from the window casing – allowing for a practical solution while maintaining the view of the beautiful japanese maples outside.
Island Stone cladding was used as a wainscoting at the oversized shower, the vanity and the soaking tub. Joel Berman decorative glass, depicting a rain pattern, encloses the shower, while the shower walls are hand-waxed plaster.
MWS Design created the concept for the double towel bar based on a branch design which was fabricated by local metal artist, Edgar Haris.
It’s Hudson Nobmann, why is my grandmas house on this website?
Hi Hudson! MWS Design (owner of this website) helped your Grandma by designing the spaces you see here. Thanks for recognizing and stopping by!
